OPzV Significado da bateria:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38a65f7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"38a65f7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>  Segundo as normas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.din.de\/en\/about-standards\/din-standards\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DIN<\/a> da Europa, OPzV significa Ortsfest (estacion\u00e1rio) PanZerplatte (placa tubular) Verschlossen (fechado). Claramente esta \u00e9 uma placa tubular de 2V de constru\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00e9lula de bateria semelhante \u00e0 bateria OPzS, mas com um buj\u00e3o de respiro regulado por v\u00e1lvula em vez de um buj\u00e3o de respiro aberto. No entanto, nenhuma bateria de chumbo-\u00e1cido est\u00e1 verdadeiramente fechada e, por esta raz\u00e3o, o V na sigla \u00e9 muitas vezes considerado como &#8220;Vented&#8221; em vez de Verschlossen. Ao ventilar isto significa que tem uma v\u00e1lvula de al\u00edvio de press\u00e3o que ir\u00e1 abrir a press\u00f5es internas de cerca de 70 a 140 milibares.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b2e74db elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b2e74db\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Bateria OPzV vs AGM<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1e4d6199 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1e4d6199\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00c9, na verdade, uma bateria VRLA de constru\u00e7\u00e3o <a href=\"https:\/\/microtexindia.com\/tubular-plates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tubular<\/a>, mas que recombina hidrog\u00e9nio e oxig\u00e9nio utilizando um electr\u00f3lito imobilizado. Neste caso, o eletr\u00f3lito \u00e9 imobilizado com s\u00edlica pirogenada para transformar o eletr\u00f3lito l\u00edquido em um gel s\u00f3lido.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-273e1d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"273e1d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Isto em contraste com a outra gama de baterias VRLA de chumbo \u00e1cido, que utiliza um tapete de vidro de fibras muito finas para absorver o papel \u00e1cido e imobiliz\u00e1-lo desta forma. Esta gama de baterias VRLA \u00e9 conhecida como AGM (Absorbed or Absorptive, Glass Mat). Esta tecnologia de tapete de vidro depende de ter uma press\u00e3o uniforme em toda a face do tapete, caso contr\u00e1rio, o processo de recombina\u00e7\u00e3o do g\u00e1s n\u00e3o funcionar\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Por este motivo, n\u00e3o \u00e9 adequado para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma placa tubular positiva e s\u00f3 \u00e9 utilizado para baterias com design de placa positiva plana.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-69ea12fa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"69ea12fa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>As duas caracter\u00edsticas importantes das c\u00e9lulas de bateria OPzV s\u00e3o a constru\u00e7\u00e3o em placa tubular e o eletr\u00f3lito imobilizado (GEL). Fig. 2 \u00e9 uma instala\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00edpica em uma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o estacion\u00e1ria. A capacidade de armazenar c\u00e9lulas nos seus lados permite um sistema de prateleiras eficiente em termos de espa\u00e7o e permite um acesso f\u00e1cil aos terminais das baterias para verifica\u00e7\u00f5es de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f8393e8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f8393e8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O aspecto da recombina\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 cr\u00edtico para muitas, particularmente para instala\u00e7\u00f5es estacion\u00e1rias remotas. Isso significa que a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da bateria pode ser realizada em intervalos muito maiores, uma vez que n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio reabastecer com \u00e1gua. Tamb\u00e9m elimina a necessidade de equipamentos de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o caros, concebidos para remover gases potencialmente explosivos produzidos quando a bateria est\u00e1 a ser carregada.<br \/>O problema da evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do g\u00e1s com c\u00e9lulas inundadas deriva da <a href=\"https:\/\/microtexindia.com\/electrochemistry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">electroqu\u00edmica<\/a> da bateria de chumbo-\u00e1cido. A produ\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00eanio e oxig\u00eanio pode ocorrer em tens\u00f5es celulares muito baixas. Como pode ser visto, mesmo a 2,0 volts por c\u00e9lula, h\u00e1 quantidades mensur\u00e1veis de g\u00e1s evolu\u00eddo a partir de um sistema inundado, e a 2,4 VPC sobre uma carga, a perda de \u00e1gua e a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s s\u00e3o consider\u00e1veis. Por esta raz\u00e3o, um design recombinante da c\u00e9lula \u00e9 a melhor maneira de garantir uma instala\u00e7\u00e3o segura com o m\u00ednimo ou nenhuma perda de \u00e1gua durante as tarefas do ciclo normal.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dafbf40 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"dafbf40\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">O que \u00e9 a bateria OPzV?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-186f76dc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"186f76dc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Para entender como uma <a href=\"https:\/\/microtexindia.com\/tubular-gel-battery\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bateria de gel<\/a> \u00e9 capaz de facilitar uma rea\u00e7\u00e3o de recombina\u00e7\u00e3o, precisamos olhar para a estrutura do eletr\u00f3lito gelado quando ele est\u00e1 em servi\u00e7o. Primeiro, por\u00e9m, seria \u00fatil um conhecimento das reac\u00e7\u00f5es que provocam a electr\u00f3lise da \u00e1gua, seguido da evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do hidrog\u00e9nio e do oxig\u00e9nio (gaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o).<\/p>\n<p>A avaria da \u00e1gua devido \u00e0 electr\u00f3lise \u00e9 bastante simples:<\/p>\n<p>  Em geral 2H2O \u2192 2H2(g) + O2(g)<\/p>\n<p>  Positivo 2H2O \u2192 O2(g) + 4H+ + 4e- (oxida\u00e7\u00e3o)  <\/p>\n<p>  Negativo 2H+ +2e- \u2192 H2 (Redu\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-785f17e3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"785f17e3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Em ambos os casos para c\u00e1todo e \u00e2nodo h\u00e1 uma libera\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e1s devido \u00e0 a\u00e7\u00e3o eletroqu\u00edmica da adi\u00e7\u00e3o de el\u00e9trons (eletrodo negativo) ou da remo\u00e7\u00e3o de el\u00e9trons (eletrodo positivo). O m\u00e9todo pelo qual os gases, ou i\u00f5es, podem recombinar para formar \u00e1gua n\u00e3o \u00e9 completamente compreendido e existe mais do que uma explica\u00e7\u00e3o. A mais amplamente aceita \u00e9:<\/p>\n<p>  O2 + 2Pb \u2192 2PbO<\/p>\n<p>  2PbO + 2H2SO4 \u2192 2PbSO4 + 2H2O  <\/p>\n<p>  2PbSO4 + 4H+ + 4e- \u2192 2Pb + 2H2SO4<\/p>\n<p>Neste modelo, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio persuadir o oxig\u00e9nio gasoso produzido no positivo, a viajar at\u00e9 \u00e0 placa negativa. Isto n\u00e3o aconteceria numa c\u00e9lula de chumbo \u00e1cido inundada com um electr\u00f3lito l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-75517307 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"75517307\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Quando oxig\u00e9nio e hidrog\u00e9nio s\u00e3o produzidos num electr\u00f3lito l\u00edquido, formam bolhas que sobem para a superf\u00edcie, depois para o espa\u00e7o da cabe\u00e7a da c\u00e9lula e s\u00e3o finalmente libertadas para a atmosfera. Os gases n\u00e3o est\u00e3o ent\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis para recombina\u00e7\u00e3o. No entanto, em um eletr\u00f3lito gelado, uma a\u00e7\u00e3o recombinante \u00e9 criada pela secagem do GEL que forma pequenas rachaduras e fissuras na estrutura. Neste caso, o oxig\u00eanio formado pela eletr\u00f3lise da \u00e1gua \u00e9 capaz de migrar do eletrodo positivo para o negativo, devido \u00e0 press\u00e3o criada pela evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do g\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-77ba02b6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"77ba02b6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pequenas rachaduras e fissuras s\u00e3o capazes de armazenar os gases que depois migram por difus\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s do gel para outros vazios na matriz at\u00e9 que a dist\u00e2ncia entre os eletrodos seja preenchida com g\u00e1s (Fig. 4). A rea\u00e7\u00e3o de recombina\u00e7\u00e3o, no entanto, \u00e9 relativamente lenta em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com a taxa de evolu\u00e7\u00e3o, o que significa que a press\u00e3o interna da c\u00e9lula aumenta durante a <a href=\"https:\/\/microtexindia.com\/battery-charging\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">carga<\/a>.
