O carregamento da bateria fornece os el\u00e9trons para reformar as liga\u00e7\u00f5es qu\u00edmicas que s\u00e3o armazenadas nos materiais ativos da bateria. Esta \u00e9 a verdadeira carga de bateria de todos os produtos qu\u00edmicos, incluindo os mencionados neste blog: chumbo-\u00e1cido, n\u00edquel-hidreto met\u00e1lico, n\u00edquel-c\u00e1dmio e variantes de l\u00edtio-\u00edon. Neste blog, vamos discutir os melhores procedimentos de carregamento para baterias de 12 volts.<br \/>Como regra geral, existem tr\u00eas tipos principais de cobran\u00e7a:<br \/>&#8211; Tens\u00e3o Constante (CV)<br \/>&#8211; Corrente constante (CC)<br \/>&#8211; Pot\u00eancia constante (carga c\u00f3nica)<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bc3baea elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bc3baea\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Todos os perfis de carregamento e todos os equipamentos de carregamento utilizam variantes, muitas vezes em combina\u00e7\u00e3o, destes m\u00e9todos b\u00e1sicos.  <br \/>A taxa de <strong>carga da bateria<\/strong> depende do n\u00famero de electr\u00f5es que fluem por segundo (corrente) para a bateria. A velocidade do fluxo el\u00e9trico como a da luz \u00e9 fixa, portanto, para aumentar a taxa de carga, a densidade da corrente ou o n\u00famero de amperes que fluem por segundo tem que aumentar. Se a for\u00e7a que empurra os el\u00e9trons para dentro da AM \u00e9 aumentada, ou seja, a voltagem, ent\u00e3o o fluxo de el\u00e9trons \u00e9 aumentado. Neste blog, vamos considerar a bateria de chumbo-\u00e1cido, bateria de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio, bateria de n\u00edquel-c\u00e1dmio e a qu\u00edmica da bateria de n\u00edquel-hidreto met\u00e1lico.<\/p>\n<p>A come\u00e7ar pelo chumbo-\u00e1cido, podemos descrever as reac\u00e7\u00f5es qu\u00edmicas que armazenam e descarregam electr\u00f5es, descritas como a &#8220;Teoria do Duplo Sulfato&#8221;.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PbO2 + Pb + 2H2SO4 = 2PbSO4 + 2H2O&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..eq. 1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-30055224 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"30055224\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nesta reac\u00e7\u00e3o o electr\u00f3lito, \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico dilu\u00eddo, \u00e9 convertido em \u00e1gua \u00e0 medida que reage com as placas positivas e negativas durante a descarga. A placa negativa \u00e9 oxidada, uma vez que desiste de el\u00e9trons para formar sulfato de chumbo e a positiva \u00e9 reduzida de \u00f3xido de chumbo para sulfato de chumbo, uma vez que aceita el\u00e9trons para converter di\u00f3xido de chumbo em sulfato de chumbo. Durante este tempo a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua provoca a dilui\u00e7\u00e3o do eletr\u00f3lito \u00e1cido e uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o na diferen\u00e7a de potencial entre as placas. Isto produz um SG de electr\u00f3lito mais baixo e uma tens\u00e3o de bateria mais baixa. Ao carregar a bateria, isto \u00e9 invertido. Estes dois par\u00e2metros, a tens\u00e3o da bateria e o electr\u00f3lito SG, s\u00e3o portanto medidas do estado de carga de uma bateria de chumbo-\u00e1cido.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-438c6989 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"438c6989\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O carregamento de uma bateria de chumbo-\u00e1cido de 12 volts requer uma tens\u00e3o superior \u00e0 tens\u00e3o de repouso da bateria quando totalmente carregada, que normalmente est\u00e1 entre 12,60 e 12:84 para uma nova bateria inundada e 12:84 a 13,08 para uma nova bateria VRLA. Existem quatro varia\u00e7\u00f5es b\u00e1sicas de baterias de chumbo-\u00e1cido: placa plana inundada, tubular inundada e as vers\u00f5es VRLA que s\u00e3o AGM (placa plana) e GEL (principalmente tubular). corrente constante<br \/>Neste tipo de carregamento, a voltagem aumenta \u00e0 medida que a carga da bateria se completa. A corrente \u00e9 limitada a um valor que mant\u00e9m a tens\u00e3o e a temperatura da bateria a n\u00edveis baixos. Geralmente, h\u00e1 um temporizador para desligar o carregador para evitar a gaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o excessiva e a perda de \u00e1gua e reduzir a corros\u00e3o positiva da rede. 1a. Este m\u00e9todo de carregamento \u00e9 inadequado para baterias de chumbo-\u00e1cido seladas ou de baixa manuten\u00e7\u00e3o inundadas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-531009a8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"531009a8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Tens\u00e3o constante, carga c\u00f3nica de corrente limitada<br \/>Com uma carga de tens\u00e3o limitada, o problema da evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do g\u00e1s \u00e9 minimizado ou mesmo erradicado. Na Fig.1b vemos que a voltagem atinge um pico, geralmente entre 13,38 e 14,70 volts para uma bateria de 12 volts. \u00c9 evidente que a corrente diminui rapidamente quando a tens\u00e3o de carga m\u00e1xima \u00e9 atingida. Este tipo de cobran\u00e7a geralmente leva muito tempo devido aos baixos n\u00edveis de corrente na \u00faltima fase de cobran\u00e7a. \u00c9 geralmente utilizado para <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/microtexindia.com\/battery-products\/best-inverter-battery\/\" title=\"UPS\">UPS<\/a> ou energia em standby onde existem longos per\u00edodos de carga.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-15a34164 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"15a34164\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Carga c\u00f3nica<br \/>Esta \u00e9 a forma mais simples do carregador, geralmente baseado em transformador, que d\u00e1 uma sa\u00edda constante de energia, ou seja, watts. A corrente cai \u00e0 medida que a voltagem aumenta, o que mant\u00e9m uma entrada de energia constante para a bateria. A figura 1c mostra uma curva t\u00edpica onde a corrente de cauda \u00e9 desligada \u00e0 medida que a tens\u00e3o da bateria aumenta. O FME traseiro tamb\u00e9m aumenta com o SOC do estado de carga, o que significa que a corrente cair\u00e1 para n\u00edveis muito baixos, uma vez que a bateria n\u00e3o \u00e9 capaz de consumir mais energia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a6742b3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5a6742b3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Este tipo de carregador n\u00e3o \u00e9 adequado para baterias seladas de chumbo-\u00e1cido sem manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, pois a quantidade de g\u00e1s gerada depende da voltagem da bateria. Com isso, a tens\u00e3o pode subir na fase a granel at\u00e9 atingir a tens\u00e3o de gaseamento. A corrente cai ent\u00e3o para um n\u00edvel fixo baixo para reduzir a tens\u00e3o que gradualmente sobe para o n\u00edvel de gaseamento. Geralmente, h\u00e1 um corte de tempo ligado ao tempo inicial de carregamento da fase a granel. Isto \u00e9 geralmente ben\u00e9fico para os utilizadores de baterias VRLA que t\u00eam um tempo limitado para recarregar totalmente as suas baterias. Neste m\u00e9todo, h\u00e1 uma fase CC e uma fase CV onde a maior parte da carga \u00e9 aplicada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a2b7c9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6a2b7c9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>O pulso \u00e9 geralmente uma explos\u00e3o de corrente de 10 a 20 segundos com restri\u00e7\u00e3o de tens\u00e3o seguida por uma pausa de at\u00e9 alguns minutos. O carregamento de baterias de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio, NiCd e NiMH requer algoritmos de carregamento de baterias diferentes dos de uma bateria de chumbo-\u00e1cido. Come\u00e7ando com a bateria de \u00edons de l\u00edtio, o ponto imediato a observar \u00e9 que existem diferentes tens\u00f5es de carga para diferentes catodos de \u00edons de l\u00edtio. A Lithium-ion -FePO4 opera a 3. 2V por c\u00e9lula enquanto uma Li-Co \u00e9 4,3v por c\u00e9lula. Isto significa que voc\u00ea n\u00e3o pode usar o mesmo carregador para as duas baterias.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-17eca861 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"17eca861\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>No entanto, o princ\u00edpio geral \u00e9 o mesmo para todos os tipos de baterias de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio e bastante diferente de uma bateria de chumbo-\u00e1cido. Como n\u00e3o h\u00e1 rea\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica durante os processos de carga e descarga, a transfer\u00eancia \u00e9 r\u00e1pida a taxas muito altas limitadas pela sa\u00edda do carregador ou pelo BMS (Battery Management System). Tipicamente, entre 0,1C e 1C em corrente constante com um corte de tens\u00e3o s\u00e3o comuns. A figura 3 mostra um perfil de carga t\u00edpico para uma c\u00e9lula de \u00edon-l\u00edtio. O per\u00edodo de carga tamb\u00e9m pode ser finalizado quando uma corrente m\u00ednima \u00e9 atingida em torno de 2-3% do valor do ampere 1C.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f4fe4b0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f4fe4b0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>NiMH e NiCd tamb\u00e9m t\u00eam padr\u00f5es de cobran\u00e7a diferentes e respostas muito diferentes \u00e0 cobran\u00e7a, tanto para outros minist\u00e9rios qu\u00edmicos como um para o outro. A figura 4 mostra um padr\u00e3o de carga t\u00edpico para ambos os Ni-Cad (a) e NiMH (b). Embora ambas as variantes de n\u00edquel tenham a mesma tens\u00e3o de repouso e de opera\u00e7\u00e3o, a tens\u00e3o de carga pode variar consideravelmente. Um carregador para ambos os tipos n\u00e3o pode depender da tens\u00e3o como mecanismo de termina\u00e7\u00e3o de carga. Por este motivo, os carregadores utilizam simplesmente um carregador de corrente constante de um ou dois est\u00e1gios com uma termina\u00e7\u00e3o baseada no tempo, na inclina\u00e7\u00e3o da tens\u00e3o e na mudan\u00e7a de inclina\u00e7\u00e3o da temperatura. O exame das caracter\u00edsticas da carga mostra que h\u00e1 aumento de temperatura e queda simult\u00e2nea da tens\u00e3o de resposta quando a carga atinge 100% de conclus\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-64fa9bbc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"64fa9bbc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Estas caracter\u00edsticas s\u00e3o utilizadas para determinar o fim da carga. Como a voltagem absoluta varia com a temperatura e \u00e9 diferente para ambos os tipos de c\u00e9lula. O in\u00edcio da inclina\u00e7\u00e3o da tens\u00e3o negativa (-dV\/dt) ou o aumento r\u00e1pido da inclina\u00e7\u00e3o da temperatura (dT\/dt), s\u00e3o as caracter\u00edsticas mais comumente utilizadas. Se for utilizado um m\u00e9todo de temporiza\u00e7\u00e3o, a corrente deve ser muito baixa para evitar sobrecargas e perdas de oxig\u00e9nio. Em alguns casos, particularmente com c\u00e9lulas ou baterias fora de equil\u00edbrio, \u00e9 melhor descarregar a 0,9-1,0 volts por c\u00e9lula antes de carregar usando o m\u00e9todo do temporizador.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-22418b8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"22418b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Como funciona um carregador de bateria?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3399f23 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3399f23\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Todos os carregadores consomem corrente alternada (CA) e convertem-na em corrente cont\u00ednua. No processo, haver\u00e1 algumas ondula\u00e7\u00f5es AC que precisam ser mantidas a menos de 3%. Alguns dos carregadores de bateria no mercado t\u00eam recursos para filtrar as ondula\u00e7\u00f5es, que de outra forma prejudicariam a bateria durante o carregamento. Algumas baterias especificam 10% da capacidade \u00c9 mais seguro usar uma corrente mais baixa, embora demore mais tempo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2fbf5c3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2fbf5c3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Um m\u00e9todo de carga de corrente constante &#8211; tens\u00e3o constante (CCCV) \u00e9 uma boa op\u00e7\u00e3o. Uma corrente constante aumenta a tens\u00e3o terminal at\u00e9 atingir o limite superior da tens\u00e3o de carga, momento em que a corrente cai devido \u00e0 satura\u00e7\u00e3o. O tempo de carga \u00e9 de 12-16 horas e mais (36 horas) para grandes baterias estacion\u00e1rias. A bateria de chumbo-\u00e1cido \u00e9 mais lenta e n\u00e3o pode ser carregada t\u00e3o rapidamente como outros sistemas de bateria. Com o m\u00e9todo CCCV, as baterias chumbo-\u00e1cido s\u00e3o carregadas em tr\u00eas etapas, [1] carga de corrente constante, [2] tens\u00e3o constante e [3] carga de flutua\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o da carga.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8406408 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8406408\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A carga de corrente constante aplica a maior parte da carga e ocupa aproximadamente metade do tempo de carga necess\u00e1rio; a carga de topo continua com uma corrente de carga mais baixa e fornece satura\u00e7\u00e3o, e a carga de flutua\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua compensa a perda causada pela auto-descarga. A carga do flutuador na terceira etapa mant\u00e9m a bateria com carga total.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5bd6c26f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5bd6c26f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Carregando a bateria, voc\u00ea pode sobrecarregar a bateria de 12V?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3850526a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3850526a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Em todos estes qu\u00edmicos, a sobrecarga pode criar danos ou riscos de seguran\u00e7a. No caso das baterias de chumbo \u00e1cido, as tens\u00f5es de sobrecarga s\u00e3o limitadas e o excesso de corrente \u00e9 dissipado na quebra de \u00e1gua, na liberta\u00e7\u00e3o de hidrog\u00e9nio e oxig\u00e9nio e na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de calor. O aumento da corrente n\u00e3o ir\u00e1 aumentar a tens\u00e3o, ir\u00e1 aumentar a taxa de gaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o e perda de \u00e1gua e causar um aumento de temperatura. \u00c9 tolerada alguma sobrecarga, especialmente quando \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria a equaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da c\u00e9lula ou da bateria.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-32da86d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"32da86d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Para baterias de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio, a sobrecarga \u00e9 dif\u00edcil devido \u00e0 BMS incorporada na bateria. Isto cortar\u00e1 a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de corrente assim que a tens\u00e3o de termina\u00e7\u00e3o for atingida, ou a temperatura se torna demasiado alta. Esta \u00e9 uma precau\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria, pois as c\u00e9lulas de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio cont\u00eam um electr\u00f3lito vol\u00e1til que ser\u00e1 libertado a temperaturas mais elevadas. \u00c9 o vapor do electr\u00f3lito que se incendeia nas baterias de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio, tornando a sobrecarga muito perigosa. As baterias NiCad e NiMH n\u00e3o devem ser sobrecarregadas, pois perder\u00e3o oxig\u00e9nio e, portanto, electr\u00f3lito, mesmo que sejam as vers\u00f5es seladas.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20295ccf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"20295ccf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Existem v\u00e1rios indicadores do SOC de uma bateria: a tens\u00e3o de repouso medida nos seus terminais, a gravidade espec\u00edfica do electr\u00f3lito (baterias abertas inundadas) ou o valor da imped\u00e2ncia. Eles s\u00e3o diferentes para cada qu\u00edmica de bateria, e por esta raz\u00e3o, \u00e9 melhor olhar para cada tipo separadamente:<br \/>1. Chumbo-\u00e1cido.<br \/>Gravidade espec\u00edfica.<br \/>A rea\u00e7\u00e3o das placas com \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico na carga e na descarga determina a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre o \u00e1cido e a \u00e1gua em uma c\u00e9lula.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3ccdfec0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3ccdfec0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Quando carregado a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico \u00e9 alta, quando descarregado \u00e9 menor (eq. 1). Sem a agita\u00e7\u00e3o do eletr\u00f3lito, o \u00e1cido mais denso produzido em carga afundar\u00e1, deixando a maior parte do eletr\u00f3lito mais dilu\u00eddo at\u00e9 atingir uma tens\u00e3o de 2,4 volts por c\u00e9lula. A partir deste ponto, o g\u00e1s evolu\u00eddo nas placas criar\u00e1 uma a\u00e7\u00e3o agitadora para misturar o \u00e1cido.<\/p>\n<p>Tens\u00e3o de repouso: Esta pode ser uma indica\u00e7\u00e3o de SOC e relacionada com a gravidade espec\u00edfica da c\u00e9lula na seguinte rela\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Volts de descanso = SG + 0.84 &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..eq 2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Como exemplo, uma c\u00e9lula de 2V com uma gravidade espec\u00edfica de 1.230 ter\u00e1 uma tens\u00e3o de repouso de 1.230 + 0.84 = 2.07 volts<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f1e06fa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3f1e06fa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O uso desta rela\u00e7\u00e3o pode dar uma indica\u00e7\u00e3o razoavelmente precisa do SOC da bateria, no entanto, baterias diferentes t\u00eam faixas operacionais diferentes para o SG e, portanto, a condi\u00e7\u00e3o superior de carga de um SG VRLA poderia ser 1,32 em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com um SG OPzS com um SG superior de 1,28. A temperatura tamb\u00e9m afeta o SG e, portanto, a voltagem da c\u00e9lula. A menos que uma descarga curta seja feita para a bateria, ent\u00e3o ela tem que descansar para permitir a equaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da concentra\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00e1cido antes de fazer uma leitura de tens\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4b1cefde elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4b1cefde\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ferramentas necess\u00e1rias para a medi\u00e7\u00e3o SOC<br \/>Estes consistem em um volt\u00edmetro CC ou um mult\u00edmetro para as medi\u00e7\u00f5es de tens\u00e3o e um hidr\u00f4metro para a leitura da gravidade espec\u00edfica.  <br \/>Para c\u00e9lulas inundadas, al\u00e9m de um teste de descarga, o hidr\u00f4metro \u00e9 o melhor m\u00e9todo para determinar o estado de carga. O uso de um hidr\u00f4metro requer alguma pr\u00e1tica e deve ser feito com muito cuidado. O procedimento \u00e9 colocar a bateria em uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o adequada para que a leitura do hidr\u00f4metro possa ser feita ao n\u00edvel dos olhos (Fig. 6 acima).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e996406 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e996406\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Para baterias seladas, n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel usar um hidr\u00f4metro, portanto uma medi\u00e7\u00e3o dos volts restantes \u00e9 a \u00fanica op\u00e7\u00e3o. Este m\u00e9todo \u00e9 aplic\u00e1vel tanto a baterias seladas como a baterias de chumbo \u00e1cido inundadas.  <br \/>Para isso, o mult\u00edmetro deve ser ajustado a uma tens\u00e3o m\u00e1xima apropriada para garantir que ele possa ler mais de 12 volts, mas tamb\u00e9m produzir pelo menos 2 casas decimais de precis\u00e3o. Li-ion, NiMH e NiCd.<\/strong><br \/>Para todos estes minist\u00e9rios qu\u00edmicos, a medi\u00e7\u00e3o SOC apresenta s\u00e9rios desafios. Todos t\u00eam uma curva de descarga muito plana com uma diferen\u00e7a de tens\u00e3o muito pequena entre o estado totalmente carregado e o estado descarregado. As reac\u00e7\u00f5es de carga e descarga dentro das c\u00e9lulas de NiCd e NiMH n\u00e3o alteram sensivelmente o SG do electr\u00f3lito e todos os qu\u00edmicos de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio funcionam com c\u00e9lulas completamente seladas. Isso torna quase imposs\u00edvel a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1tica ou aleat\u00f3ria de uma bateria em servi\u00e7o, certamente para um usu\u00e1rio n\u00e3o-profissional. O actual estado da arte, as medidas SOC para estes qu\u00edmicos s\u00e3o baseadas em leituras din\u00e2micas feitas durante o seu funcionamento.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-78cebbb3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"78cebbb3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Podem ser baseados na contagem ampere-hora, na resposta de tens\u00e3o \u00e0s correntes de descarga ou mesmo em impulsos de corrente constante. Os equipamentos de medi\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o normalmente incorporados em dispositivos caros ou sofisticados, como ve\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos ou m\u00e1quinas industriais, onde \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio conhecer o tempo de funcionamento dispon\u00edvel. Em equipamentos menos sofisticados, como ferramentas el\u00e9ctricas manuais, reparar na paragem ou funcionamento menos r\u00e1pido da ferramenta \u00e9 a \u00fanica indica\u00e7\u00e3o dispon\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a908d76 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7a908d76\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Existem espectr\u00f4metros de imped\u00e2ncia dispon\u00edveis comercialmente que medem a imped\u00e2ncia interna de uma bateria para prever o seu estado de carga. Estes dispositivos dependem de um algoritmo baseado no teste de centenas de baterias em v\u00e1rios estados de carga e de v\u00e1rias idades para prever o SOC. Os resultados s\u00e3o espec\u00edficos para a qu\u00edmica e idade de uma determinada bateria. Quanto mais testes tiverem sido feitos para tornar o algoritmo mais preciso o algoritmo.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-46375c8c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"46375c8c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Enquanto carrega a bateria, voc\u00ea pode sobrecarregar uma bateria?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-684a4716 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"684a4716\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>No entanto, voc\u00ea decide medir o estado de carga, existem regras que se aplicam a todos os tipos de bateria. Estes s\u00e3o para evitar a descarga excessiva de uma bateria que pode causar danos \u00e0s c\u00e9lulas individuais, fazendo com que estas entrem em marcha-atr\u00e1s, mesmo com tens\u00f5es negativas. A sobrecarga \u00e9 menos n\u00edtida, pois no caso do \u00e1cido de chumbo \u00e9 por vezes necess\u00e1rio faz\u00ea-lo para igualizar c\u00e9lulas ou baterias individuais num banco. No entanto, a sobrecarga excessiva leva \u00e0 gaseifica\u00e7\u00e3o com perda de \u00e1gua e corros\u00e3o das placas positivas, ambas reduzindo a vida \u00fatil da bateria.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-18cb5068 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"18cb5068\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Para baterias \u00e0 base de n\u00edquel<\/strong> a perda de \u00e1gua \u00e9 o problema mais comum, levando novamente \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o da vida operacional. No caso da qu\u00edmica do l\u00edtio, geralmente \u00e9 imposs\u00edvel sobrecarregar devido ao BMS incorporado que corta automaticamente a entrada de corrente a uma tens\u00e3o pr\u00e9-estabelecida. Em alguns projetos, h\u00e1 um fus\u00edvel embutido que evita a sobrecarga. No entanto, isto normalmente torna a bateria irreversivelmente inoperacional.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e4e5f2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2e4e5f2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Carregamento da bateria, sobrecarga, como evit\u00e1-la?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f856b98 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3f856b98\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A decis\u00e3o de recarregar uma bateria depende das circunst\u00e2ncias de uso e do grau da descarga. Como regra geral para todas as farm\u00e1cias, a bateria n\u00e3o deve ficar abaixo de 80% de DOD a fim de maximizar a sua vida operacional. Isto significa que o SOC final da bateria deve ser calculado desde o ponto de medi\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 ao final do seu funcionamento di\u00e1rio. Se, por exemplo, o SOC for 40% no in\u00edcio da opera\u00e7\u00e3o e utilizar 70% da sua capacidade at\u00e9 ao final da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, ent\u00e3o a bateria deve ser recarregada antes de permitir a sua continua\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-616daa86 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"616daa86\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Para tomar esta decis\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio determinar a capacidade restante ou o tempo de funcionamento remanescente de uma bateria. Isto n\u00e3o \u00e9 simples, pois a capacidade da bateria \u00e9 determinada pela taxa de descarga. Quanto maior for a taxa de descarga, menor ser\u00e1 a capacidade dispon\u00edvel. As baterias de chumbo \u00e1cido s\u00e3o muito suscept\u00edveis a isso, como mostrado na Fig.8.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2431f1fc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2431f1fc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>As baterias \u00e0 base de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio e NiCd t\u00eam capacidades reduzidas com taxas de descarga mais elevadas, mas n\u00e3o s\u00e3o t\u00e3o pronunciadas como o \u00e1cido de chumbo. Fig. 9 mostra o efeito de 3 diferentes taxas de descarga na capacidade dispon\u00edvel de uma bateria de NiMH. O ritmo a que isso acontece depende da classifica\u00e7\u00e3o do carregador e de como ele \u00e9 carregado. Claramente uma bateria de i\u00f5es de l\u00edtio pode ser recarregada em algumas horas a partir de uma carga completamente descarregada, se o carregador tiver pot\u00eancia suficiente.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-644a081a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"644a081a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Uma bateria selada de chumbo-\u00e1cido com limita\u00e7\u00e3o na sa\u00edda do carregador levar\u00e1 muito mais tempo devido \u00e0 restri\u00e7\u00e3o de tens\u00e3o e \u00e0 corrente reduzida na fase de gaseamento. Uma vez determinado o estado da carga, voc\u00ea pode calcular quantas ampere-horas s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias para ser colocado de volta na bateria. Conhecer as caracter\u00edsticas do carregador ajudar\u00e1 a fazer o c\u00e1lculo do tempo com base na taxa a que este ir\u00e1 carregar tendo em conta o padr\u00e3o de carga utilizado.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-55d5423e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"55d5423e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Outro fator \u00e9 a temperatura ambiente (condi\u00e7\u00f5es meteorol\u00f3gicas) que afeta a tens\u00e3o de carga e a corrente puxada pelo carregador. Temperaturas mais altas diminuir\u00e3o a tens\u00e3o de carga, mas tamb\u00e9m aumentar\u00e3o a corrente puxada. Para baterias em carga flutuante, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio aplicar uma compensa\u00e7\u00e3o de voltagem com temperatura.
