It is very rare to see a Lead Processing Unit which is maintained in such a clean manner. You never feel you are in a Lead Processing Industry. Today I visited the factory and I was warmly received by Sri Ravi Govindan himself which reflects his care and concern to the visitors and so also his simplicity.The Chairman / MD Sri Ravi himself took me to all the sections of the factory, along with his team of managers. I was amazed by the cleanliness maintained in every sections and one would never feel that it is a battery manufacturing unit.Several state of art machines are installed some of which are manufactured in house. Great care has been taaken towards safety of the workman. Visited the Microtex factory and impressed very much by seeing the latest technology machines, cleanliness, maintained and care towards greenery and nature even the biodegradation is processed and utilized as manure. Injection moulding of high capacity (1300T) is unique. Both the VP's explained the entire processing including meaning of polyester fabric. Very nice with technology insights.
